The apartment includes the "De Sjouw" information newspaper, which lists all excursions, museums, activities, bus timetables, boat timetables, and lots of interesting facts about Terschelling.

Seal trips
Experience the Wadden Sea up close and visit the seals on a boat trip. From the harbour of West-Terschelling you can go in several ways: by sailing boat, old lifeboat, fishing boat, fast RIB or canoe.

Covered wagon rides
Explore the Boschplaat or the Noordsvaarder from a covered wagon. Along the way the coachman tells you about the island's beautiful flora and fauna.

A day on Vlieland
Island hopping between Terschelling and Vlieland: you sail over at 9:15 and back at 15:15, except on Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays and public holidays. In the summer holidays you can go on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

Eco Safari Terschelling
Besides the covered wagon, you can also explore the island in fully electric off-road vehicles, accompanied by a guide. These very quiet vehicles take you to places in nature that other vehicles cannot reach.
